Card of the Day: No Place like home in protection
Hi Everyone. I use a lot of Colette Baron Reid's decks. The deck I am using today is Wisdom of the Sacred. This is a great training deck, this is actually her training deck.
I pulled the card #50 No place like home in protection. This card for me represents a time of instability. Home life is feeling out of balance. Since Hurricaine Ian, this has definetly been true for Florida. This is also a very big pattern right now due to expense increasing and now we have the holidays on top of all of the other pressures in life. Spirit wants you to know that through all of these ups and downs, feelings of insecurity and lack of balance are all trials we go through. We learn to get through these times and to be resiliant. This too will pass, we will overcome the hard times. Now is the time to reflect on where you need to focus your energy and begin the process of balancing and bringing together. Family and home is our sacred time and sacred place, this is where we feel most safe, or should feel that way. Now is the time to bring that energy back into your home. Make it your sanctuary, make it your safe place so that you can ground and find balance. Spirit is here to guide you and is always with you through the hard times and through the good times. The good times are reemerging, soon there will be balance again.
Card for the week of 11/7/2022
For this week I pull the Oracle card Deep Knowing #43 in protection. The message from Spirit is that we need to trust ourselves to know what the answers are, you do not need to second guess yourself but trust in yourself and spirit to know the answers. You always know in your deepest gut or deepest heart of hearts, listen to the answers and you will find what you are looking for. Spirit is always there for you to guide you, protect and love you. Now is the time for you to love yourself and trust in yourself. Chaos is around us all and now is the time to step back and take a break from what is happening and listen. When things get too overwhelming and too negative step away and trust yourself to do what is right for you. You have the wisdom and guides surrounding you, now trust in it. Blessed be.

The hurricane is upon us once more. Thankfully is is a category 1. The day will be windy and rainy. This is a time for cleansing and purifying. Mother nature is cleaning up and preparing for winter, for the clam and quiet of the winter months. It reminds me of when I live in the north and we would do a fall clean up to prepare for winter. Take this time to clear and cleanse what does not serve you. Take this time to embrace the quiet time that is coming. Be sure to take of yourself and prepare for the upcoming holiday chaos and fun. Remember to have fun during these times, stay present in the day, enjoy the time you are in. Remember the blessings we have and be grateful. With grace in our lives we are able to manage and deal with stressors in our lives. Have a blessed day everyone!

This card indicates that is it a time to have all your ducks in a row. Don't try to accomplish things with out having all the details and information you need to get things completed. Don't over react or get upset but go with it, remain poised on how you accomplish your tasks. It also represents avoidance, to me, in that you are avoiding what needs to be done and not getting it done, not wanting to face the things we need to get accomplish our most difficult tasks.
